Cancellation policy
Plans change and so does the sea. Here is what happens in each case.
If you cancel
Cancel free of charge until 18:00 Cairo time the day before your trip and the full amount goes back to the card you paid with. PLACEHOLDER: confirm the cut-off and how long a refund takes to appear.
A cancellation after the cut-off, or not turning up, means the seats stayed empty for us. PLACEHOLDER: state what is refunded after the cut-off. We ask that you tell us anyway, and we may decline a later same-day booking from the same contact details.
If you want to move the date
Send us a message with your booking code and the new date. If the new date has room, we move you at no cost.
If we cancel
If the port closes or the captain calls off the trip for weather, you choose: another date, or a full refund of anything you have already paid. A trip that is cut short at sea for safety is refunded in proportion, at the captain's discretion.
How to cancel
WhatsApp or email us with your booking code. A cancellation counts from the moment we receive the message, not from when we read it.
