What we collect when you book

A booking asks for your first and last name, an email address, a phone number and, if you want hotel pickup, where to collect you. That is what the crew needs to find you on the day and what we need to send your confirmation.

There is no customer account. Your booking code is the only handle on your reservation, so keep it private: anyone who has it can read the booking.

What we collect when you write to us

The contact form sends your name, email address, optional phone number and message to our mailbox as an ordinary email. We use it to reply and for nothing else.

A review you submit is published with the name you give and the month you travelled, once a member of staff has approved it.

Payments

Card payments are taken by Kashier on their own secure page. We never see or store your card details; we keep only the payment reference against your booking. PLACEHOLDER: confirm Kashier is the sole payment processor and add its data-processing basis.

Cookies and analytics

The site sets one cookie to remember your currency choice. We do not run advertising trackers. PLACEHOLDER: if an analytics tool is added, it will be named here.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Write to gm@bluewayegypt.com with your booking code and we will answer within 30 days. Visitors from the EU have these rights under the GDPR; we extend them to everyone.
