Terms of service
Short, because a day trip is a simple thing. Booking a trip means agreeing to these.
Your booking
A booking is a reservation of seats, or of a whole boat for a private trip, on the date you chose. It is confirmed when you receive a booking code by email.
Prices are shown in EGP, EUR and USD. The price on your confirmation is the price you pay, and there is no booking fee. Payment is taken by card when you book; the booking is a reservation only once it has cleared.
Who can travel
Each trip page states the party size the boat takes and any age rules. Infants travel free but count towards the seats on board. Anyone who cannot swim must say so at check-in and will be given a life jacket for the whole trip.
Weather and sea state
The captain decides whether the boat leaves. If the port authority or the captain cancels for weather, you can move to another date or take a full refund of anything you have paid. We tell you as early as we can, usually the evening before.
On board
Follow the crew's safety briefing and instructions. The crew may refuse boarding to anyone who is visibly intoxicated or who puts other guests at risk, without refund.
Bring your own snorkel if you prefer; ours are disinfected between trips.
Liability
We carry the insurance required for licensed excursion boats in Egypt. We are not liable for personal items lost or damaged on board or in the water, or for delays caused by port authorities.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. PLACEHOLDER: the legal entity operating Blue Way and its registration number go here.
