Before you book
Do I need an account?
No. You send the booking and we email a booking code. That code is the only thing you need to look the booking up or change it.
When do I pay?
At the end of the booking, by card. You finish on Kashier's secure payment page and the seats are confirmed as soon as the payment clears. We never see or store your card details.
Which currencies can I pay in?
EGP, EUR and USD. Each trip carries a stored price in all three, so nothing is converted and the number you picked is the number you pay.
Can you collect me from my hotel?
Yes, from hotels in Hurghada. Turn hotel pickup on while booking and tell us the hotel name and room number.
How are children and infants priced?
Shared boats have a separate child price, and infants travel free without counting towards the boat limit. A private boat is one price for the whole boat.
Can I change or cancel?
Get in touch with your booking code and we will sort it out. Changes and cancellations are handled by us, not by a form.
